I got my order from factory47 and, the finish was better than I expected. I was looking it over and there were no rough spots, the coating looked even, and everything felt solid right out of the box. I mean, you can tell they actually put some care into it. I’ve gotten cheaper-looking stuff from other places before, so this was a nice surprise. I’d definitely buy from them again.

They replied so quickly I barely had time to check my phone again. Super easy to deal with, no hassle at all, and the whole thing felt refreshingly simple

The bars fit my bike fine, but the cables didn’t line up right at all. They just didn’t match my bike the way I expected, didn’t match it right.

They did get back to me eventually, so I’ll give them that, but it took a bit longer than I would’ve liked. Not the worst experience, just kind of annoying.
